Roof Tear Off & Roof Replacement Process
Step 1.

Place tarps around the entire house to protect any sidewalks, shrubbery, and or landscapes, you may have from any debris and waste materials removed during the tear off process.
Step 2.
Tear off the entire roof.

Ensure that all nails / screws are cleared off of the roof deck.

Clear all step flashing / chimney flashing.

Clean all gutters from any debris and waste materials.

Replace any rotten decking / broken boards.
Step 3.

Install Ice Guard along all eves and valleys.

Install synthetic felt on entire roof deck.

Install new drip edge.
Step 4.

Install new roof
