How we handle the information you give us through this website. Last updated August 23, 2026.
We collect what you type into our estimate form, and we use it to get back to you about your project. We don't sell it and we don't hand it to other contractors. Our website platform also counts visits so we can see which pages people find useful — but nothing here follows you around the internet.

The only information we actively collect is what you enter into the estimate request form on this site:
Only your name, phone number, and the service you need are required. Everything else is optional.
Our hosting platform also records the standard technical information any web server receives — such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested — to serve the site and keep it secure.
To respond to your request, prepare and deliver your estimate, and follow up about the work you asked us about. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or to target you across other websites.
Form submissions are delivered to and stored in our Wix account, which we use to run this website and manage customer records. Wix hosts this site, stores your estimate request, and provides the analytics described below — it processes all of that on our behalf as our service provider, under its own privacy terms. We may also share your details with a supplier or subcontractor where that's necessary to carry out work you've asked us to do, or where the law requires us to disclose information.
We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as we need them to service the work, honor any warranty, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. If you'd like your information removed and there's no ongoing job or warranty attached to it, just ask and we'll delete it.
Wix, the platform this site runs on, includes its own built-in visitor analytics, and it is active here. It records things like which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors came from, and what kind of device they used. We see that as totals in our Wix dashboard — visitor counts and popular pages — and we use it to understand which parts of the site are actually useful.
We have not added Google Analytics, a Meta or Facebook pixel, or any advertising or retargeting tracker to this site. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

We don't set advertising cookies, and we don't use cookies to follow you around other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the pages and the estimate form will still work if you do.
Some pages link out to manufacturer websites and design visualizers — Premier Metals, CertainTeed, and Variform by Ply Gem. Those are separate companies with their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover what they do with your information once you leave our site.
